Terms and Conditions

A deposit for book appointments will be required at the time of booking. The deposit will not be refunded for no shows or cancellations within a 24 hour notice. Added services including but not limited to copying scanning, emailing, or storing will have a separate charge. Each deposit varies based off the documents provided and services needed.

Notaries DO NOT  offer  advice on personal financial matters.  However we provide real estate settlement services  and are now required by  Federals law to inform  clients (customers) of policies regarding privacy of client information.  Notaries are closely related to Attorneys and Title Agents and must continue  to be bound by professional standards of conduct that are even more stringent than those required by any law. Therefore, we have always protected your right to privacy.  Please note that notaries are also bound by Privacy and Ethics policies. 

We are bonded and Insured through Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America.
